When
on good road, with no expected distraction halve fuel
consumption. Should not be used in any situation where
hostilities could take place. An Impossible driving check
will allow 50% faster travel.
When
being chased, or any situation where speed is paramount
then double fuel consumption. An Impossible driving check
will allow normal fuel consumption.
